My bodywork has evolved over recent years toward
a meridian balancing (meridian therapy) approach.
Acupressure (amma, shiatsu, tuina, & jin shin styles)
and kinesiology are combined
with an
eclectic mix of neuromuscular, myofascial (neuromyofascial) techniques,
styles, and approaches to meet
the individual clients needs and priorities for
relaxation & stress relief,
structural alignment, improved range of motion, and specific
musculo-tendinous problems.
You may choose from two general approaches:
a more "traditional" neuromuscular approach with clothes off
(appropriately draped with some oil),
or clothes on (loose fitting, comfortable, preferably natural fabrics).
You may schedule your appointment online or
call (865) 694-3144.
If there is not an available appointment online which
works with your schedule,
call for additional appointment times are not posted online.
