Touch for Health 2 reviews and builds on the basic 14 muscle/
meridian
balance from TFH 1 as presented in Dr. John Thie's Touch for Health.
New balancing approaches introduced include the Chinese
Law of
5 Elements, 14 additional muscles, acupressure holding points, alarm
points,
new pain control techniques, meridian massage, and a self balancing
technique.
Touch for Health techniques synthesize Eastern and Western
approaches
to mind-body healing. These safe and effective methods have been used
