I've been doing tai chi on and off since 1982. In 2009, I completed Dr. Paul Lam's Instructors training for his Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Beginners programs. Studies have shown that the Tai Chi for Arthritis set, based on Sun style tai chi, significantly helps arthritis. A Korean study also shows that it helps with fall prevention, reducing risk by seventy percent (70%). Other benefits include cardio-vascular fitness, flexibility, improved posture, relaxation, concentration, & improved mood. Check back for a class schedule which will include a weekly and one-day format. If you are interested, email me. Introduction
